Conditions for replacement of the product:
The product should not be used/modified for it to get changed for a new one.
It should be in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery.
Every product is unique in itself as it contains a serial no. attached to it using bar code.
The product with the same bar code will only be returned otherwise, the item will be rejected
